What are your products made of?
All our products are made with natural ingredients. You can make find out more about each product's ingredients on their respective product pages. 
Where are your products made?
Our ingredients are sourced from the Northern Region of Ghana and Montreal, Quebec.
All of our products are 100% handmade in small batches in Montreal, Quebec.
Do you use preservatives?
Our body butters and balms are all-natural and therefore do not contain any preservatives. As a result, we recommend trying our smaller sizes if it’s your first time using them to reduce waste, as they have a shorter shelf life.
Where do you ship your products?
We are a small business that  handmakes all of our products.  As a result, we are currently only shipping within Canada.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes we do offer local delivery!
If you live within 20km of Chez Drea we offer free local delivery. The option will appear after you've entered your address if it applies to you. If you live within 20 - 25km of Chez Drea we offer local delivery for a fee of $4.99.
Can I pick up my order?
We are located in the West-Island of Montreal, Quebec. If you would rather pick up your products, please select Chez Drea under "pick up" at checkout.
Employees of the Jewish General Hospital can also select the hospital as a pick up location.
We may have more pick up locations in the future.
What is the refund / return policy?
As our products are cosmetic, we are not able to give refunds on any open or used products.  If there was damage during delivery, please take a picture and contact us and we will investigate the damage and contact you.
